You'll find the documents with the instructions just focus on part 2. and the zip file is basically the chapter to help you understand ( the Scales and Measurement) the point of part is to come up with a questioner based on the case study which is part 2. you'll find in the instructions Research questions and what kind of scale to use written next to it. so you need to come up with questions no answers just questions.
