Description Add to the first chapter more discussion on the events before the genocide - Discuss and change the part that says that the international community was not aware of the genocide, because they were. Please refer that it is important to differentiate their roles on the before and after genocide periods. Chapter 3: Finish the UN role. Add contextualization and discuss the actions undertaken by the UN e.g. Operation Turquoise (because France was on the Hutu side), the attempts of Dallaire were ignored.
