Research is my strongest skill immediately after I start a project. I always ensure to perfect my work, get correct spellings and all the necessary information for a task. I have very fast typing skills and am always accurate hence I come up with customer-ready transcripts all the time.
English grammar and punctuation are my key areas, therefore, I produce quality work which keeps client coming back for my services. All of these I achieve majorly by using my good listening skills and am able to understand difficult accents, and indiscernible words, in order to produce perfect transcripts.
As a transcriber with 7+ years of experience, I get to deal with general and legal transcripts. So I maintain confidentiality in clients' work. I'm committed to my work and have very good communication skills with clients.
